The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast opened in August 2008 in Indian Riverside Park in Jensen Beach. Its hands-on exhibits are built around learning through play, with themes drawn from Florida. The museum has welcomed more than 400,000 visitors.
It runs field trips, outreach programs, camps, workshops and birthday parties, plus sensory-friendly days and Thursday twilight hours. Families can buy memberships. The museum is closed on Mondays.
