Pets
Open-admission animal shelter in Palm City offering adoptions, spay/neuter and pet services.
About
The Humane Society of the Treasure Coast has worked for animal welfare along the Treasure Coast since 1955. Its Palm City shelter is open admission, taking in animals from residents and from Martin County animal control.
The nonprofit offers pet adoptions, including small animals, low-cost spay and neuter, and humane education for children. Other services include pet therapy visits to senior centers, obedience and agility training, and pet memorial services. It relies on local donations.
